New cycle facilities unveiled in Battle
BATTLE Town Council, working in partnership with the 1066 Cycle Club, unveiled new cycle parking facilities at the North Trade Road recreation ground at the weekend.
There are now three stands which will accommodate six bikes, situated near the North Trade Road entrance to the recreation field, ready to be used by visitors to the tennis club, guide hut and play area. Battle Mayor Richard Bye and Sue Burton, chair of the 1066 Cycle Club officially opened the facility on Saturday (pictured).
