New flats for Eastbourne town centre
Developers have put in a fresh application to build flats in a town centre road.
They want to demolish garages between numbers 5 and 10 North Street, which runs between Pevensey Road and Seaside Road, and build a three storey block containing six one bedroom flats.
Outline planning permission was granted last year.
Architects say the development will be “of a prestige nature providing high quality living”.
