The 2016 Battle Visitor Guide promotes the town as a forward-looking town with a massive historical legacy and shows how both the ancient and modern complement each other perfectly, according to Battle Marketing Group.
Included in the guide is Battle Abbey’s plans to open the Great Gatehouse roof for the first time and the museum having free entry throughout 2016.

“Next year is so important for the town and the surrounding area, and this guide illustrates excellently what a great place Battle is to visit, and I am sure visitor numbers will break all records.”
The group, with the support of 1066 Country Marketing, commissioned a professional photographer to capture the essence of Battle High Street.
You should spot some familiar faces in the new guide, which features the town’s attractions, eateries, retailers, accommodation and a comprehensive events listing.
