POLEGATE School has brought its image into the 21st century to match the schools vision statement with the launch of a new logo.
The pupils and school community wanted a logo that reflected the innovative inspirational work going on in school.
What makes the new logo even more special is that it was designed by a past Polegate School pupil who is now a parent - David Sheppard from a company called ‘proworx’ based in Lewes.
The logo retains the history of the windmill but reflects how the school has continued on a journey.
Headteacher Claire Martin-O’Donoghue said: “Children are so proud of the logo they have bought the uniform with their own pocket money.
“We are all very proud of our school and we now have a fresh logo which reflects both that and our vision of learning without limits.”
