A charity shop in Eastbourne has undergone a makeover to attract more shoppers to help raise funds to treat sick and injured pets.
Animal charity PDSA says it has been around 15 years since its shop frontages were updated, with many long overdue for replacement. The Terminus Road shop raises vital funds to support its work, helping pets in need. Nationally, PDSA helps nearly half a million pets every year, saving lives and providing education on pet ownership.
Wendy Modestu, manager of PDSA’s Eastbourne shop, said, “We haven’t had a new look for a long while, so we are delighted with our new appearance.
“We are asking the community to support us in any way they can. We’re especially in need of items such as good quality furniture and seasonal goods. But we have a fantastic range of new and donated items in stock, so please visit us and find out more.”
