New PCSO for Bexhill

Welcome to Bexhill - this is PCSO Jacqueline Streeter who comes here from Eastbourne and will be taking over Old Town and St Stephens Ward.

She has been working as a PCSO since January - before then she worked in a secondary school but mainly concentrated on raising her three children.

Jacqueline said: "I joined Sussex Police as I enjoy working and being with people and was ready for a new challenge. I'm really looking forward to getting to know the community and being part of this vital team.

"My role covers many different aspects and is mainly based within the communities providing a visible face of Sussex Police and building links whilst dealing with low level crime, such as anti-social behaviour and parking issues.

"What I enjoy most about my role is that it allows you the opportunity to make a difference to your local area, making it a safer place to live, and the genuine sense of community that this brings.
