New strip for All Saints

A great kit doesn't necessarily mean great football...but every little helps.

All Saints school football team this week received a new blue-and-white kit and are now looking forward the rest of the season.

The kit was donated by Nick and Sandra Highfield of Candy Corner on Ninfield Road.

Sports Co-ordinator Laura Dray said: "The new strip looks fantastic...thank you very much to Candy Corner, because we were desperately in need of a new kit."

Team member Callum Tutt agreed: "We needed a new strip because we looked like idiots in the old one," he commented.

The team, made up of youngsters from Year 5/6, is: Sam Sheppard, Ryan McTear, Liam Woodley, William Hood, Callum Tutt, Reece Allcorn, Louis Highfield, Carey Davies, and Cameron Boxall.
