Oakley Property were thrilled that after the launch of the new show home in March, that there are now only five homes remaining at Tide Mills in Denton Corner, Newhaven.

The houses are due to be completed in May and prices start from £299,950 for a three bedroom house.

David Beaken, director, said, “We held an open day in March where we were able to showcase a brand new show home. We had a very busy weekend and it proved very successful generating further sales and interest. Tide Mills consists of 18 homes and offer a mixture of three and four bedrooms. The first four homes were released in spring 2015 after the launch of the very first show home. These all sold on the launch day and with the success of this we released further homes off plan in phase two. Tide Mills development will be completely finished in May 2016. This is the second show home that Tide Mills has offered and showcases the slight tweaks and changes from the first phase houses.

David Beaken said, “The internal specifications are superb and this can be seen in the show home that has been completed for the second launch. There has been a few changes which separate them slightly from the first phase. The main differences are glazing in the internal lounge door to create a lighter and bright hallway, full length windows in the master bedrooms and upgraded tiles from Porcelanosa. The kitchens have a real wow factor and have a fully fitted shaker style kitchen, positioned at the front of the houses and have all the modern kitchen appliances integrated. The open plan living room/dining area opens out onto the garden. There is also a ground floor cloakroom.”

The homes have lots of lovely finishing touches which the developers have really thought about. There is a generous allocation of TV and telephone points, recessed down lights and energy efficiency has really been thought about. In this regard there is a gas condensing boiler heating system, which helps to deliver high efficiency and precise control, backed up by the added extra of solar photovoltaic panels, helping to provide free electricity, with the option to enter a “feed in tariff” so you can be paid for the electricity you generate.

David Beaken said, “The first floor has two double bedrooms and a large single bedroom which could be used as a home office, dressing room, hobby room or Nursery.
