Don't forget, Mother's Day!: This Sunday, 26th March, and it's the time to spoil all '˜Esteemed Mama's' in the world! My E.M will be joining the O.H and I, plus Canine-Crew and Bramble-Kat of course, for lunch and, obviously, a glass or two of Fizzy plonk! I'll hopefully be cooking up something posh, cos', even though it would be good to go out, sometimes heaving pubs are less relaxing than a leisurely meal at home! And, it's also the time of year when celebrations accumulate..! My Dad's birthday was 27th March, and, depending on when Easter fell, occasionally I could have Mothers' Day, Dad's birthday, E.M's Birthday (a week later) and Easter within a fortnight...quite a challenge on the gift-ideas front, and there are only so many flowers and chocolates you can give/receive! Anyway, I think B-K will enjoy the gatherings over the next couple of weeks- she really has become a beautiful family '˜Cog/Dat'... and No, that's not a typo, she is just not quite sure what she is, Cat or Dog, it's unique and hilarious! So, '˜Happy Mothers Day' to all the lovely Ladies out there, you are very special and much appreciated...xx
