Ninfield Working Mens Club are making further donations to 3 charities on December 30, of £400 each to: Chestnut Tree House, Dragon Flies (Bereavement children) and Brownbread Horse Rescue (Ashburnham). This is as a result of their fantastic fundraising achievements of 2013.

Ninfield Flower Group will be holding their AGM on January 6, 7.30pm at the Memorial Hall. If you would like any further information regarding the Group please contact Susan on 01323 844634 after 6pm or weekends, or email [email protected].

The Bexhill & District Community First Responders, who cover Bexhill, Ashburnham, Ninfield, Catsfield, Crowhurst, Hooe , Whydown & Normans Bay, will be meeting on Wednesday January 8. This is at Bexhill Fire Station at 7.30pm, every first Wednesday in the month. If you are interested in finding out more please contact the Team Leader, Mike Dean on 07970024135.

The Hooe Open Group are meeting on Friday, January 10, 2.30pm at Hooe Village Hall. The meeting will be a member’s forum, when the programme for 2014 will be formulated. Ninfield Carnival Association is next meeting on Wednesday, January 15, at Ninfield Working Men’s Club, 8.30pm. They would really like some more members to help them in their events for 2014.
