The White House, Dixter Road

Well, as a start to our holiday this year, we took advantage of our raffle win (from Easter!) and enjoyed a wonderful cooked breakfast at Will’s. I know most of you are already fans, but to those who have yet to try its charms, I can recommend it – the food is lovely and fresh, the service charming and the building has developed into a really interesting space. I know there’s another voucher coming up in the Flower Festival raffle – it’s worth a punt!

The Summer Show was held at Great Dixter this year and what a wonderful day it was, the weather improved just in time to give us all a pleasant weekend. Here’s hoping it hangs around for a while!

The Centenary Cup: Richard Tobitt
