Nursery welcome latest kids on the farm

CHILDREN at the Farmyard Nursery in Ashburnham are celebrating the arrival of their newest animals, twin kids.

Mum Lucy and the kids are very well and enjoying being with the children.

The kids have joined a growing animal family at the nursery, following the birth of Blossom the Belted Galloway calf in February, who last Saturday made her debut at The Heathfield Show with her mother Helen.

Sara Andrew, owner of the nursery, said: “We have found goats to be great companions to the children.

“Lucy and Daffodil join us for walks in the countryside and we are hoping that when the kids are a little older they will come too.”
