Nurses donate cake to hospice
St MICHAEL’S Hospice were delighted to be presented with a celebratory cake by the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) for their annual international Nurses’ Day event, which saw the general public, nursing staff and patients, come together to celebrate nursing and the nursing profession on Monday.
The cake was presented by the RCN’s Angela Johnson, Regional Officer from the RCN, and Jayne Thwaites, Treasurer of the East Sussex Branch.
