On a mission to build a school

A TEAM of parishioners have begun their 19-day mission to help build a secondary school in Tanzania.

The group of 13 members from St Stephen’s Church in North Mundham and St Leodegar’s Church in Hunston will be working with Emmanuel International in a remote village called Ibumu.

The team raised £15,800 to pay for the trip and thank all those who have helped them.

The team, who set off on July 30, are: James Fitzmaurice, Andrew Monk, Molly Graham, Chloe Russell, Florence Alexander, Tom Grace, Iwan Munroe, Linda Fitzmaurice, Steve Monk, Gwen Chivers, Robert Leeder, Lynn Mears, Heather Hayward and Sue Fallon (team leader, EI).
