One hundred years of seafront clock tower
A PLAQUE will be laid to mark the 100th anniversary of the Clock Tower at West Parade.
The plaque, which will refer to Edward VII Coronation Memorial, will be put in place during a ceremony on Sunday July 18, Rother's cabinet decided on Monday.
The idea came from a member of the public who decided something should be done to mark the special anniversary. It will be paid for by Bexhill Charter Trustees but the actual tower is owned by Rother District Council.
