ON USING the main Chichester-Bognor Road frequently I think the contractors '“ from management to the workforce '“ are to be congratulated for the way the new layout has been designed and carried out to its present stage, often in very adverse weather conditions, at the two new housing estates in North Bersted.

And they are more or less on time which, again, is very unusual.

It is blatantly obvious that there were not any local authority departments involved with this contract, hence complete organisation.
