Cinema parking must be free

Those who live at the Sovereign Harbour, together with visitors from elsewhere, hope that there will be a concession for parking when the new cinema complex opens in the centre of Eastbourne. Free parking is essential for visiting for cinema in the afternoon, which many senior citizens do. Otherwise there will be many empty seats, as parking for the cinema has always been free and adequate at the Harbour.
