Bodiam Castle is still in need of second-hand books which will be used to fund the pond rejuvenation project. The book shop can be found in the exhibition room beside the ticket office.

since opening the book shop has taken £4,100. Thank you to Marion who does a great job looking after it, just like her husband who looks after the rest of Bodiam Castle.

The Carol Service at St Giles Church takes place on Sunday December 15 at 6pm and the Christmas Day Service will be Holy Communion.

Gordon will take all the services. Now St Giles has no organist, the organ needs to to be exercised and played regularly. Now is the big chance to fulfil the dream you have always had but ask the vicar or churchwarden first.

Some people have asked me if the 349 bus is just to stop at the bus-stop. I have asked Stagecoach about this. The bus can stop at other places if it is safe to do so.
