Experience of finance, HR, administration, business and fundraising may be particularly helpful in these roles, but most important is an enthusiasm to help charities make a difference.

Trustees – Arun Co-ordinated Community Transport
Arun Co-ordinated Community Transport provides easy, affordable transport to people who are unable to use public transport by means of minibuses, a dial-a-ride service and a social car scheme.
The charity is seeking trustees to help enable them in moving forward due to an increase in bookings for their services.

Treasurer – Sussex Steel
Sussex Steel is a charity created by individuals who are passionate about steelpan and committed to increasing the musical opportunities for people in Sussex and beyond.
They teach steelpan in schools and workshops, and run several bands.

Hide AdThey are looking for someone to look after the financial aspects of the charity and be the main contact with their accountants.
Duties will include: expenses, payments, banking, wages and cashflow.
The role would suit someone with experience of financial accounting, ideally with a charity, and can be carried out in your own home; although you will be required to attend monthly trustee meetings.

They provide the hire and sale of wheelchairs and scooters and the sale of items to improve the quality of life of those with a disability.
They are looking for a treasurer to join their friendly board of trustees.

Hide AdYou will be required to use the SAGE system, bank money, attend board meetings every four to six weeks with a report on the finances and attend the AGM with all the relevant paperwork and answer any questions from members.

Volunteer member – Littlehampton and District Lions Club
The aim of the Littlehampton and District Lions Club is to help people of all ages who are less fortunate than themselves through a wide variety of fundraising events and some hands on projects.
They need to recruit some new members to bolster their membership.

Hide AdMembers would be required to assist at local fundraising events throughout the year such as; fetes, carnivals and Christmas collections.
No experience is required, you just need to have a caring nature and a good sense of humour.
Club meetings take place at The Dragon in Rustington on the first Wednesday of each month (meetings start at 8pm) but other events can take place at any time throughout the year.
