Could Insp Nick Bowman answer the question?

So Inspector Nick Bowman said in the Bognor Regis Observer he won't shy away from informing people the facts on crime, stating only 18 per cent is committed by eastern Europeans.

What he didn’t say was this figure is for Arun, not Bognor Regis.

As police are now targeting the top ten ‘untouchable’ criminals in Bognor, could he please reveal the percentage of crime committed by eastern Europeans in Bognor alone?
