Fully agree with Picturedrome comments

I FULLY agree with Joy Cheshire (Letters, Observer, September 29) about the live performances that are being presented at the Picturedrome from top shows from theatres around the world: opera, ballet, drama, comedy, musicals etc.

As a gentleman from Worthing who had just seen Faust said to me, the timeless charm of the interior of the Picturedrome completely suited these live shows.

Surely this type of presentation is THE entertainment of the future?

Thanks to the Bognor Regis town council for saving the Picturedrome, and Andrew Cunard for his first-class management, Bognor Regis is at the vanguard of this new genre.
