Gardens need help
I FEEL I must make a protest on behalf of the eastern end of Marine Park Gardens.
The western end is kept neat and tidy and the flower beds are very prettily planted, whereas at the eastern end, the planted seasonal flower beds have slowly been replaced by grass and the older shrub borders have been planted with grasses which, even at their best, are not much to look at, and for two thirds of the year are a straggly mess.
In the winter months they get blown all over the paths and grass and very rarely get cleared up, which leaves everything looking very sad and sorry.
So, how about a bit of TLC for the eastern end of the gardens?
