Great to see a warm welcome

Great to read that the principled Jeremy Corbyn was given an enthusiastic welcome in Hastings.

He deserves it after all the flak he gets, even within his own party.

We think that, when he spoke of a Brexit vote leading to a ‘free-trade Valhalla’, he perhaps meant ‘apocalypse’ or ‘Armageddon’, however? Valhalla was the mythological celestial hall for the souls of heroes – which doesn’t sound quite what Corbyn had in mind.
