He is caring and knowledgeable

I am in complete agreement with Mr and Mrs Russell’s comments made in their letter to you which appeared in your local edition of February 19.

As an octogenarian with health issues I have been with Dr Chopra since his appointment and I am indeed fortunate to have my health looked after by a caring and knowledgeable physician.

His professional medical team of nurses and phlebotomy are a great credit to their profession as indeed a special mention to his wonderful team of receptionists who always show kindness and courtesy.

As a retired accountant I understand the necessity of internal controls and policies, but to threaten, ‘if we find that the provider is still providing inadequate care we will take steps to cancel its registration with CQC – page 3/27’, I find that statement a complete travesty of justice.
