In a Jiffy?

CAN anyone suggest a way to recycle jiffy bags?

I buy a lot of small items, such as books, online and now have a box full of jiffy bags that I don't know what to do with.

Is there any charity that could use them?

Or is there a way that the paper can be separated from the bubblewrap for recycling?
