Kitesurfers are unable to restrict activities

I also live in East Bracklesham Drive about 200 metres farther on than the '˜kite zone' and regularly see kitesurfers landing and taking off outside my house even further east of it.

It has become obvious that the kitesurfers are unable to restrict their activities to the restricted area as they are controlled by the wind and many of them are learners.

May I draw your attention to an article that appeared in the Bridlington Free Press on June 9: in Yorkshire, the council have banned all kites from the beach with a potential £500 fine.

The article quotes the council as saying they are just following national guidelines which ban kites, but don’t seem to apply to Chichester Council.
