With your help we are able to distribute our profits among these five local charities: Rusper Village Hall, Rusper Church, St Catherine’s Hospice, Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice and Springboard.

The Art Group was started 46 years ago by Margaret White who is still painting prolifically today and the exhibition has been an annual event in October since then.

Only work that has been done in the current year is hung on the walls and screens.

Our number is kept to 12 as that is the maximum we can accommodate in the small hall we use every Monday afternoon.

During the summer, when the weather’s good, we paint in various outdoor locations and in winter we aim to have at least two workshops from local artists who introduce us to other styles and mediums.

So, if you haven’t been to one of our exhibitions, look out for our posters and advertising next year and thank you again to those who did visit this year.
