LETTER: Bake and brew

As baking season is in full swing across West Sussex many locals are getting inspired by the mighty Great British Bake Off and having a go at creating show-stopping strudels, flavour-packed pastries and rocking roulades. Big respect!

As an entrepreneur I like to see a return on my investments and taking time to mix up some good vibes, cook some sweet treats and arrange a Bake and Brew party is time well spent! It can be anything from a coffee morning in a community hall to a cupcake party with friends.

It will also help The Children’s Society support the most vulnerable children and young people in our society who deserve a brighter future. I understand the life of kids on the streets so it’s a cause that’s close to my heart.

To get you started I have created my own fruity number, the Chocolate Key Lime Pie, which is sure to tantalise the taste buds. So go on, get your apron on and get baking!
