LETTER: Funds for group

Our Committee and members of Support 4 Diabetes Mid Sussex wish to express their immense gratitude for the splendid donation of Â£500 to our funds from the St Francis Hospital Social Club.

The sum came from a pool event in memory of Gabriel Wilson, a former club committee member, who passed away earlier this year.

This gift will enable us to continue our support group work, holding monthly meetings with specialist speakers in Burgess Hill, supplying diabetes information literature and attending local fairs to raise money for research into diabetes.

We are the only diabetes support group in Mid Sussex and anyone with diabetes or who cares for someone with it is most welcome to come to our meetings on the last Wednesdayof the month in the Salvation Army Hall , Cyprus Road, Burgess Hill. Details fom Tony 01444 236259
