With this in mind, I would like pass on my congratulations to Councillor Lee and Councillor Patmore on their recent appointments as Leader and Deputy Leader of the Conservative Group.

As councillors, we have been elected to serve and help improve the lives of those who live in our great borough of Hastings.

To fulfil our roles effectively and achieve this common goal, it is vital that all parties and members work together.

I look forward to working more closely with Councillor Lee and Councillor Patmore over the coming two years.
