LETTER: New members welcome

Twelve friends of Tide Mills have just completed their September meeting.

Six sacks worth of rubbish were liberated from this special place this month, plus a few larger items, which is not too bad given we are presumably through the height of the summer season now.

Regular visitors will once again be able to savour the quiet return to normality and calm once again, marvellous...

Our next meeting is taking place on Sunday, October 16 (which is always the third Sunday of the month), 10am until 12pm, at the Old Village Beach Road waymarker.

We always welcome new members to our friendly little band, no matter how much time can be spared – the more we are the easier it is to ensure Tide Mills stays cared for and how we all like to see it.
