Further to Mr Robert B. Worley's letter in the West Sussex County Times, dated 20 August, I want to reassure your readers that St John Ambulance has not gone anywhere.

The first aid charity’s dedicated volunteers are very much present and active in Horsham, with around 20 volunteers carrying out many first aid duties in and around the area every week.

There are also first aid training courses available at our centre in Victoria Street, which is also the venue for unit meetings on a Tuesday evening.
