That’s why we want residents to take advantage of Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Care and Support Service in the area. This service provides personalised one-to-one support for people with dementia in their own homes.

The society believes that people with dementia who want to remain in their own homes should be supported to do so for as long as possible. For more information on the service, your readers can call our Sussex Dementia Helpline on 01403 213017.
