LETTER: Welcome to the '˜New' Horsham

I trust that they will be warning all future house purchasers in the North Horsham development of all the problems they are likely to face in the future. As follows:

1. Flash flooding

2. Serious problems with flood water unable to subside due to the seriously swollen local rivers.

3. Flood water pouring down Rusper Road from the Hurst Wood area.

4. Increased local council tax as directed by our Government (Daily Telegraph 27th Jan).

5. Increased insurance to cover flooding.

6.Increased traffic chaos on the already congested local bypass roads.

Increased air traffic noise due to the rerouted flight paths from Gatwick Airport.

Welcome to the ‘New’ Horsham.
