A poor impression for visitors to Eastbourne

Does Eastbourne Borough Council intend replacing the faulty light bulbs along the seafront in time for Christmas or are they going to wait until the whole lot have gone out?

At the moment it gives a poor impression to visitors and residents alike and shows a lack of interest from the powers that be.

Perhaps one should assume they haven’t walked along the promenade after dark in which case may I suggest they do so!
