Al fresco gone mad

May I ask if the next target is the largest precinct eating area, as that also seems to be under way as the limited shoppers make their way to the next premises.

It is one thing to have the odd table or two for the benefit of those who wish to partake of a cuppa and cake, but a few have more eating area outside than in: isn’t it fortunate that rates do not have to be paid on this area.

One may not like what they read, but the above, along with the ever – growing number of noticeboards that is sprouting up, one day may present a real hazard to emergency vehicles trying to reach their destination.

After all, sometimes in the past, West Sussex County Council restricted such items.
