I WOULD like to congratulate you on your excellent coverage of the new Arun seafront strategy and the World's Longest Bench project.
Whilst I think it is vital for all local people to all have their say on your excellent letters pages, I think it is equally important for readers to remember, when they are being critical, that this whole project has been made possible by the extraordinarily generous donation from one family, the Roddicks, who continue to support this town and have done so for many years.
