I wish to report a very rare sighting on Eastbourne seafront on Saturday afternoon, May 2.

I was amazed to see a cyclist obeying the no cycling rules on the promenade.

Well done that man!

There are so many cyclists flouting the rules that it warrants a comment, and a thank you.
