Attentive and polite harbour master is irreplaceable

AS I feel quite strongly about Littlehampton harbourmaster Colin Hitchcock's situation at the moment, I have decided to air my views.

Knowing Colin personally, I can verify 100 per cent he is a good man, who should be appreciated by the Littlehampton Harbour Board. He is one of the most likeable people I know.

Irreplaceable is a word that comes to mind when thinking of Colin. If one was to scrutinise his contribution to Littlehampton and the local community since he took the job of harbourmaster, he would come out with honours.

Having dealt with him once concerning a boat on the River Arun, I found him attentive, polite and caring.
