Bargain offer on unwanted bin
With reference to the collection of green waste bins initiative, as I have a small garden I will probably not opt in.
However I am quite prepared to sell my brown bin to HDC at, say, £20 which they can then sell on at a profit to others who wish to use the system.
Council price is £43. Bargain!
