I agree with Norman Long and I believe every law-abiding citizen would like to see the police walking the streets.

Currently, all that is seen of them is when they flash by in a car.

Cycling on the pavement, vandalism, using a mobile phone while driving and parking on the pavement are now commonplace, and in my opinion the police are failing us big time.
