Care home staff deserve credit

With reference to your article of June 3 concerning the Bexhill Care Centre. I found some of the report to be unjustified.

My wife’s aunt has been a resident of the home for over six months and her mother for five weeks, both are very happy and pleased with the home. We also find the staff very kind and helpful, the senior staff are always very kind and always helpful.

We can voice any concerns with them and find them very helpful at all times.
