Chance for proper services may go

THERE has been a lot of concern in the letters page from CLOG (Courtwick Lane Opposition Group) members about the problems of building new homes with no infrastucture to support the homes.

But surely the funding for additional infrastructure services comes through negotiation in the process.

My big fear is that if CLOG members get their way, developers will move in in any case in a piecemeal and unplanned manner and the chance to negotiate for funding for the necessary infrastructure will have been lost.

We will then be left with the worst of both worlds.
