Climbing shelters

NOW THAT I have seen a completed shelter it is certainly pretty, but in no way can it be called a shelter.

I wonder the 'elf and safety has not condemned these structures.

As sure as God made little apples, children are going to climb up in to the top of the maze of steel and could easily fall and get hurt.
