Closure casualty

I would like to thank the Good Samaritans who stopped and helped after I got knocked off my bike on Tuesday last week in Station Road, Angmering, at about 8.25am.

They were so kind and helpful, especially Melanie and the other lady who sat with me and made phone calls. Also Matt, the off-duty paramedic who was taking his children to school and stopped and took over the situation very calmly. I was very lucky and had cuts, grazes, bruises, a sore bruised hip and a sprained thumb, all on the mend.

May I add that, had my usual way across the Ham Manor golf course still allowed cyclists to push their bikes across the footpath, this accident would never have happened. big thank-you again to all those concerned.
