Complaint over bin collection

My name is Maria Bixley and I want to complain about the bin service.

My road’s refuse bins haven’t been collected when they are supposed to.

We have all complained but nothing has been done about it.

There is so much rubbish there is no were to put it, the sea gulls make a mess and it stinks it is disgraceful that the council or the company do not care. It is not the first time that they have missed us.
