Council pay increase sweetener for Shoreham gig

Having seen the recent pay rise the councillors' have given themselves I can only assume this comes out of the 'sweetener' received from allowing the 'Shoreham Glastonbury' to be held and will allow them, at least, a nice holiday away from it with a restful nights sleep.
