Crazy batter caper
WELL done, Littlehampton, for another great fun event!
The Pancake Olympics were, in my opinion, better than ever, especially as it wasn’t necessarily the biggest, swiftest or deftest who won – there was curling over an uneven surface, and the backward flip into a net gave everyone a sporting chance.
It was a very happy atmosphere, too – hearts were obviously very warm, even if hands and feet were not!
Many thanks to all the organisers and participants who made it such fun for those of us who went to watch.
