Do I live on wrong side of the track?

I am a resident from the Galley Hill end of the seafront in Bexhill.

I can’t help feeling that in Rother District Council’s opinion, I obviously live on the wrong side of the track.

The pavement areas at this end of the seafront have been neglected for years while on the promenade side of the road, money seems to be no object, as workmen are constantly tending the gardens on a weekly basis.

There is barely a single paving slab that is not cracked in numerous places. I would respectfully suggest that this is a compensation law suit waiting to happen.
