Dog fouling
In the past few weeks we have had black plastic bags with dog excreta left on the grass verges in Old Manor Road at Rustington.
Today, a bag was even pushed into the trunk of a tree. Being close to a primary school, small children pass this way each day.
Having taken the trouble to pick up the offending material, surely it is not too much trouble for dog owners to take their ‘bags’ and deposit in a suitable place?

Hide AdI have also noticed excreta left on the local beach, which means you are unable to enjoy the views on your walk without the threat of treading in the mess.
